We LOVED this hotel and people working there! Konstantina is an outstanding host and manager. She gave us a very warm welcome with champagne when we arrived and made us feel like home from the minute we met her! Eugenia was very nice too. And Argiro, Antonina and Konstantin at the restaurant were amazing!!! Food was great, always fresh and very delicious. And those desserts… make sure you leave room for that after dinner. Live music in the evening, beautiful sunsets, quiet and relaxing deck with pool facing the sea. We had such a great time at this hotel and hope to return there soon!!

This property was wonderful, the pool was perfect for relaxing days and the bar was wonderful and the restaurant had a nice little selection for a light lunch! The staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly welcoming! I would thoroughly recommend staying here, a 5 minute walk to the beach and not far from old town should you want to explore. The rooms are well equipped the balcony was lovely for evening relax to watch the world go by. The breakfast was a perfect start to each day with a good selection of food that would accommodate most tastes!

The very best part of this hotel is their staff, they were exceptional, reception staff very helpful, restaurant staff can not do enough to both serve and make staying at this hotel memorable, special mention to Georgia who made us laugh so often, the food was outstanding, excellently presented, we will stay at this hotel again.

We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, the quantity and quality of the food, the convenient location and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Minos Ambassador deserves to thrive and be a great success story, and if we return to Crete we will seriously consider staying here again.
